MORE UPDATE: I made a warranty claim, sent them my headphones and received a coupon to buy something on their site for the same price as these and they relatively have it done quickly. Okay, that's a three-month update. Despite my caution, the pattern control suddenly stopped working. The sound was riddled with noise and for some unknown reason the HEADPHONES (it's not a phone bug I checked!) speeded up the song on Spotify SPEED UP with a bit of hissing. Pressing the track control button causes a brief burst of static and does not start or stop the track. It does not matter. I've had to replace these types of headphones in the past for track control reasons (see original review below), but this is the fastest they've ever broken. And I took care of them. So what is a lifetime bit guaranteed? Yes, can I exchange that for a replacement because this time it wasn't my fault. To start, I ordered these headphones on a Tuesday using standard shipping and expected them to arrive the following Tuesday. nope! They were in my mailbox the following Friday at noon. I love the amazingly fast shipping. I've had several pairs of JLab headphones in the past (not because they broke but because I lost them or misused them) and each time I forget how good the sound quality is. I even wondered if I connected them correctly because the sound was so clear it was like it was coming out of the speakers. Make sure you take good care of these kids though or you'll end up like me: they're broken in 6 months because you didn't have them in the little suitcase and the wires were too tight. And don't press the track control knob or you'll have to open it and poke it with a paperclip to get the wires lined up correctly, which will void your warranty. Oops.JLab is definitely my favorite headphone brand!
