Much easier than installing a box!
I have not attached a photo as you can only see the wall plate. I have yet to install one and maybe I can take a picture before compressing it. They're a little delicate, but a lot easier than installing a box! I tell you be very careful not to cut the hole too big. I did (top to bottom) and the plastic just fell through. I took a popsicle stick and cut off two pieces of about three inches (with my big wire cutters). I slipped one under my upper and lower lips, then gently tightened the braces until they stopped moving. Don't overtighten or it will break. THIS IS NOT FOR AC POWER. They are designed for audio, video cables, etc.
