They were willing to refund my purchase but I told them not to worry about it because I understand what it's like to run a small business. I will use the original magnet to pick up metal out of my gardening areas.However, I voiced my concerns over the original product and they responded with a better product suggestion.They agreed to help me and get a better product. I will be ordering the one they are recommending, which is their 750# pull magnet.They showed awesome customer service when a product was not to my expectations. I will be buying from them again.- - - - original review below - - - -I purchased the MHDMAG Fishing Magnet Kit and I was sorely disappointed in it. I took it out and the magnet wasn’t very strong, it’s a combine pull weight of 700+ pounds meaning each side being in the 300# pull weight, which is nothing. I’m going to return this and get a larger and stronger one.
