When we opened the box with tape, we were a little disappointed with how thin the tape was. But after a few uses we liked it and would buy it again. We use it with a steel (i.e. heavy duty) tape dispenser purchased from Revain with a 3" core. We have one reel in use and another reel next to it (but not unwinding). This tape is fairly easy to remove if you do it within a minute or two of application. After hardening, it can be removed, but will leave traces. can't wait when you test it shortly after putting it on. Like: price (and free shipping with Prime). Adhesion (tape seems to settle over time). Standard 3" core (fits a standard 3" core dispenser). Width (fairly narrow but perfect for our purposes) Dislikes: There are 5 pairs of rolls of tape in the box. But they're pretty tightly glued together. It takes a few minutes to separate a roll from a double roll. It would be better if each roll was individually cut and ready to use. Because the tape is so thin, it's almost impossible for me to find the end of the tape. It would be nice if the end of the tape was folded over or an arrow was printed on it. Surprisingly, it is difficult to determine the ending by touch. I take out my reading glasses, hold the tape up to a bright light, and flip it over until I find the end. We use it to secure pieces of corrugated cardboard (front and back) to protect books we ship. We fold the end of the piece over a quarter of an inch before taping it so the recipient can remove the tape later. We will buy again when our stock runs out. We love this stuff!
