I have struggled with a cleft tibia from pronation for many years and have only ever run shorter and less often to get through it. I never knew compression would help, but I tried. My very first run was pain free and amazing and they actually prevented further damage to my muscles. I love that you have the wrap option (for tighter compression) and the sleeves. I had to adjust the bandage halfway through the run because I initially overtightened it, but you'll feel it the more you use it. I also like that the wraps can be used to keep the ice pack in place if I ever need to freeze something so they are good for more than just shin wraps.
