Everything was in order. I ran into the battery charging "status" issue that another user mentioned, but it seemed to be charging fine without draining the battery. I figured it was one of those Apple things if you don't charge it fully. However, the USB 2/3 ports didn't power my USB devices, which was quite a shame. Thing is, it's a monitor, and I certainly didn't realize it wasn't a standout USB hub. The screen wasn't very bright and the quality was just average for me. For the price I expected much better quality.
