Great tool for IT service desk professionals

I like that it makes my life easier as an ITSM professional - you can see all of your tickets at one time, assign them or resolve by creating workflows.

The layout could be more user friendly so there are less clicks required from me when entering ticket details in order to find relevant info quickly (I am using Microsoft Office 365). It is great being able to get status updates across multiple teams/departments within our organization without having have people manually checking their inboxes separately! This has made reporting quicker than before too which was always difficult due to volume issues but now we just send out emails requesting data rather then constantly calling each other asking what's going where etc.- It also helps us track problems faster because everyone sees everything at once- It's easy to use, has all of my project management tools in one place so I can easily access them from any computer or mobile device at anytime. The interface could be improved - but its definitely getting better each month! We have been using this product since June 2014 and it is very intuitive and helpful when managing our team members who are spread out across many states/geographies.
