The arms are very thick and strong! I was expecting some flimsy thin metal rods but they are heavy and strong. This is a great product at a great price. The light works very well. It was only one day so we'll see how the ring light holds up. I have two 24" Dell monitors with USB ports and I run a light from them and it works great. The two separate mounts sit snugly and securely on my desk. And the fact that these are separate individual brackets is just great! Can I recommend Yes, I will buy an additional set.
