Flat racks with holes look simpler but take up more space when not in use and require a drip tray to keep the bottles won't touch other surfaces, and will take up more room to clean unless you just hose it down. I have less space to work with my brewing supplies and prefer to sanitize everything with a StarSan solution so this tree is perfect for me. Arrange them carefully in the base for later storage. Wood fits 45 x 12 oz. Long-necked bottles - just make sure each row is offset from the previous one. I was initially concerned about the stability of the wood when fully loaded with bottles, but it's stronger than I expected. There is only one entitlement - additional rows cannot be purchased separately. An average batch of 5 gallons will produce enough beer to fill around 46-52 bottles, so I would prefer another batch of 9 bottles.
