This product could be amazing but it consumes batteries due to overheating. It takes insanely expensive lithium batteries and overheats so you either have to keep changing batteries and letting them cool down (yes, really) or let them cool down badly on their own. Neither is a great solution when you are at work. This is a great concept and when it works it works like a charm BUT the wire is a bit flimsy so not every cut is perfect. Oh, what high hopes I had. I hope they improve it with a newer model because it's just a few steps above the junk. Such a shame.
