Since I read that this romper runs small, I went with the XL--I wear a US size six usually (5'6" 130lbs). It fits perfect with the way oversizing. However, if you wear anything more than a medium in American sizes this item may not fit.Overall I really like it. It's sexy without looking too scandalous and it's comfortable. The colors matched the photos and fits the same as well. The down side is that the material is very thin and feels a bit cheap. I will only be washing on the delicate cycle and hanging dry.
