I had his old model and it's been working great for a few years now. I bought another TV and tried to get the same one but they didn't offer it and this one seemed pretty much the same apart from the graphics on the touchpad. Well it wasn't the same and it just didn't work with my Visio TV. I tried using it with old Visio and it didn't work with this one either. Not sure if it is a brand of TV or TV Box. I ended up getting another one, not the same shape, although it works fine.
