Review on Kenyon B41692 Caribbean 2 Burner 208 Volt by Zachary Cha

Okay this could be a 5 star product and if I can ever figure out how to turn it on I will come back and revise my review (I give it 2 stars only because I would be uncomfortable giving only 1 if my ignorance is the problem). Anyway, I'm in a residence hotel with a kitchenette with this stove. For the life of me I can't figure out how to make it work. I twist the knobs but nothing lights up and the burners don't even get hot, let alone hot. Is there a master switch somewhere that I can't see?
