I believe that with some refinement, improved materials and clearer instructions, this product can one day reach average quality. On the other hand, I admit that I didn't manage to check the many small and large parts before starting assembly. Accordingly, I must accept responsibility for the unsatisfactory result associated with this purchase. In their defense, the parts are not clearly labeled to match the schematic parts list on the instructions page. When I discovered that the key to attach the top half of the cabinet to the bottom half of the cabinet was missing, the cabinet was already half assembled. I followed the instructions to call the seller to supply the missing parts. The supplier was responsive and helpful but stated that parts could not be shipped within 4-6 weeks due to factors beyond their control (COVID-19 crisis). The seller advised me to contact Revain to return and replace the product. Revain scheduled the carrier to receive it within 24 hours and advised me to repackage the item for collection. Unfortunately, due to the design, the item could not be sufficiently dismantled for a return. to the box. When trying to disassemble half of an assembled item, I broke the THIN PLASTIC (or "resin") in the item's description. As I broke the item I canceled the return at that point and sent the item back with the missing and broken parts in the bin. If I had checked all the parts before beginning assembly, I would have found the missing part and could have been given a replacement. Overall I would give customer service five stars but given the above factors I can't give the product more than one.
