This is my first waist trainer and I'm glad I purchased it. As soon as it arrived I put it on. I'm 5'8 and weigh 165lbs and I ordered the XXXL just to be safe. After reading all the comments the belt seem to run small. Well for me, it fit perfect. With the help of my husband I was able to put it on the second line the first time and I felt instant relief. My posture improved, my stomach felt nice and tight, and my back didn't hurt as much. I wore it for almost 6 hrs the first time. I even went to the mall and walked around in it, I had to remove it after eating dinner though. It felt like I had a rubber band around my waist that was cutting off my air supply and my stomach started to hurt a bit. I guess I might have over done it for the first time. Lately, I wear it around the house and haven't felt that way since.This is a really awesome belt for long torsos. After giving birth to my daughter and having ovarian surgery my lower abdomen protrudes. The belt is made of a good quality. The inside is nicely lined, the latex is on the outer part of the belt. If I had known, I would've order a fabric material and not the latex because it feels sticky to the touch, not a big deal though.I highly recommend the belt to anyone who wants to feel better about their curves without killing yourself at the gym. This isn't a miracle piece though, it's not going to make the inches come off, it will just shape you better. It's a good buy.My mom saw me wearing it and now wants one for herself. Perhaps a good stocking stuffer for Christmas, lol ☺️
