Due to some bad reviews I was hesitant to buy it. I'm glad I went with him because I have no complaints at all. Some people mentioned that the screws didn't line up with the holes. I haven't had this problem - I screwed each screw halfway (per the instructions) to give it enough clearance, and I screwed all the screws in well, then tightened all the way. Pretty durable. Fits my needs perfectly and the price for the 5 tier organizer is $14.55 making it an incredible value. I've tested many three-tier models starting at $25, so I'm very happy with the price. At $14.55, you should meet your expectations. It's no organizer beast and it doesn't feel "high-end" or doesn't build. I didn't expect that to happen, so it's ok. It also doesn't feel or look cheap, so that's great. Highly recommended.
