Review on Thermee Micro Flannel Electric Burgundy Bedding by Diane Hubert

My 30+ year old electric blanket finally broke and I searched and searched for a new one. This quilted one hit me in the eye and sounded good. All is well. As others have said, it doesn't get quite as warm as the old ones. The reviews say it's hard. It doesn't seem heavy to me, but I like it heavy - lots of blankets. I can understand the dispatcher's complaints. I have controllers hanging from each corner of the headboard and have no problem reaching back and turning it on and off. I only set the temperature and time once. My old duvet had a lighted knob to turn from low to 10. She safely warmed the bed before lying in it on cold winter nights. I at least wish this blanket would warm up more in the first 15 minutes to hop into a very warm bed on a frosty night. Overall I'm not disappointed. I love the brown color and the king size fits perfectly. Soft and doesn't move. To be honest, it's hard to tell it's even there, above the leaf.
