Doesn't work on my Yamaha clone

The thread on my alternator is 0.7. Other test leads for Wen and Yamaha also mention 0.7. It was 0.6. It's just too loose. I was afraid this would break the themes, so I'm going back. I suspect they made it just a tad under spec as it's versatile and goes with everything, but that comes with some risks.

Pros

Comes with a powerful N50 neodymium rare earth magnet that attracts and collects metal shavings floating in your alternator oil tank. Leads to less wear and tear on your engine.
