Not what I ordered in safety

If someone orders a box of different colored masks, it's safe to assume they wanted a box of different colors and NOT a box of all white masks. I bought this for my mum to cheer her up (nice colors etc) only to find out recently that it's not what I ordered. Apparently they decided they could replace it without asking first. If I only wanted white masks, I could buy them anywhere and at a lower price. I'm not going to force my 83 year old mother to go to the beer stand again but there has to be some kind of discount. If I get them I would definitely come back.
