Review on 🔇 Auphonix MPF-1 6-inch Pop Filter with Dual Mesh Filter Screen for Microphones by Robert Rasmussen

I've been using the thing for about a week. and i can honestly say i hate it. The filter part itself is honestly decent and when it works it does what it's supposed to, but I constantly struggle to make sure the filter stays in place for more than two seconds. Half the time the gooseneck on this thing is trying to unscrew itself from the base so it loses all tension and the pop filters just fall right onto my desk, away from my mic. The rest of the time the gooseneck just doesn't hold the shape I want, doesn't hold the distance from the mic I want, even if I go to crazy extremes to reposition this thing or try to bend the gooseneck like that that it stays where I want it, the thing still has a mind of its own and just does what it wants. It's probably good value for money or something, but not if I have to buy another filter that really just lasts.
