The first works great. My arms open as I take out my phone. I got a second one for a second car and its arms wouldn't open or close because it sounded like stripped gears. The company sent me a third one and it won't open my hands when I pick up my phone until I touch the hand button. Saves battery when using GPS on long journeys. Sticks firmly to the windshield. The adhesive does not hold the iPhone 8 despite cleaning the dashboard with solvent. Recommend it, but be prepared for non-standard quality issues.
