Alright. I think they serve their purpose. The metal parts used for fastening under the seat keep falling off and are therefore unusable. The cover shifts with every movement on the seat, so you have to constantly adjust. I should mention that I only use part of the seat. I used the back but didn't really bother and it was more of an aggravation than anything.
