Great belt! It has one flaw but won't stop me from using it anytime soon

Certain pros and cons of this belt although overall I'm a big fan and have done better on my long runs. With a statement like that, I would like to give five stars, but I can't. Pros: It allows me to carry everything I need for extended periods of time in an amazingly unhindered manner. My Galaxy S8, gels, empty gel pack pouches, parking pass/ID if needed and 18 ounces of water are a lot less of a burden than ever. I've used more standard water bottle belt pouches and they always bounce and I struggled to fit them properly. I had no problems with this belt in that regard. VERY easy to adjust the fit on the fly. If you fill the bottle completely with water, there is (in my experience) a slight rebound, which doesn't bother me at all. Also, if you drink water, the rebound will be smaller and smaller. The fact that the bottle is a soft bottle and changes size/shape as you drink probably helps (less round = better able to follow the shape of your body). Based on previous reviews, there seems to have been issues with water bottles in the past. I can report that I had no real problems with it. Sometimes it takes two attempts to unscrew the cap properly. I check it before I go out and hold the bottle over the sink. I've been using it for about six weeks now and it hasn't leaked yet (which is valuable since it's cold now!). I also like the design of the bottle. It's nice when it gets smaller when you drink from it. I'm also a big fan of bite caps. Cons: There's really only one, and that's the ability to put the bottle back on your belt after you've had a drink. It's really driving me crazy. It often takes me a minute or so to stand by the side of the road and try to "see exactly with my hands" where to put the bottle, finding the velcro and making sure the top and bottom of the bottle are lined up properly inside are high before I start reversing. With this belt, there are no quick and accidental sips of water. This is an obligation. A lot of the difficulty lies in figuring out *where* the belt hole is. I spend a lot of time thinking about opening it when I actually go too far and basically try to get the bottle stuck between my back and the strap itself! This problem is exacerbated by cold weather as I found it basically impossible to return a bottle with gloves on. Or does it get worse in warm weather when water is needed more frequently? Bottom Line / TLDR: You want minimalism and the ability to carry a lot without feeling like it, and you're willing to sacrifice a little time on a run with water stops. ? Then I can only recommend this belt! I'd think twice if the idea of 60 second water stops isn't for you. Manufacturer's review: Nathan, if you're reading this, you'll get it! This strap as a whole is awesome and I'm sure with a little more research and development you can find a way to make the strap opening easier to find. I totally agree with the fact that a lot of what makes the belt so good actually leads to the bottle return issue. If you find a way to put the user's hand in a water pouch and release version 2.0, I'll buy it immediately.
