I've tried many types of labels including taping on hand written index cards to organize storage containers. This is the very best thing. It works great with the chalk pens - shake them like a paint pen but they look like chalk. The good thing about that is your writing doesn't have to be perfect. If you make a mistake, you can erase it - you really can! A little water helps, if it's been on there a while. You can peel the labels off without leaving that sticky residue. Plus, its easy to straighten the label if that type of thing bothers you - as it does me! Also, they stay on and can also wrap around a bottle or curved surface. I reordered them I like them so much.
