Colors were good as we received three different colors. Their durability was mediocre. Definitely better than kids walkie talkies but not high end stuff. I had a hard time remembering which buttons did what and which screen did which command. Many times I thought I was going to change the volume, but I changed the channel and so on. I bought them to use on a cruise but couldn't because they didn't match. When I tried to use them at home, I couldn't even hear my son on the second floor of our house.
