After reading many reviews I have to say that assembly was a lot easier than the last chair I had. I was able to do it myself with no problems. The instructions on the pictures were easy to follow and everything was labeled so it was very easy and only took about 20 minutes. I asked my husband to retighten the bolts just to make sure they were tightened like they should be after I put everything back together. The headrest and backrest are perfect for me, but I would imagine someone who is very tall might find them a bit short. My height is 5 feet 7 inches. Most of my height is on my legs, so the backrest and height of the chair was perfect for me. My only very small complaint was that I'm not very tall, the seat depth is too big for me when I want to sit and have lumbar support in my back. I feel it is more than strong enough to support me or my husband. Best purchase I've made for work from home! It also arrived much sooner than the longest estimate. I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Tuesday.
