I like that it's open source software so we can customize our own version of expandER for needs in specific industries, such as ours which is automotive manufacturing/repair industry with heavy focus towards O&M functions (engine management).
There are options under "Customization" section but they aren't very well documented or explained out-of box by default - you have need some background knowledge about how these work internally before using them effectively without needing support staffs assistance along the way when needed during implementation phase. We're trying improve efficiency within operations department where one person usually has multiple roles including finance manager etc., this helps us streamline process & eliminate manual data entry into different spreadsheets / databases thus saving time while maintaining accuracy at same times!
