I've ordered them twice already. The first set worked great, but the second set wasn't so good. In the second set, the black toner cartridge only prints about 3/4 of a page, leaving a very light print on the right side. I thought maybe it was a problem with the printer but I changed the cartridge and it worked fine. I shook the cartridge to make sure the toner was evenly distributed but the problem persisted so it's a useless cartridge for now. Also, I had no errors installing the first or second set of cartridges, but when installing the second set installed, the printer started printing all color pages very dark. Previously, the printer printed color pages beautifully and vividly. Haven't determined yet if it's cartridge related, but it definitely started as soon as I installed a new set of cartridges. I changed the color settings, but the printout doesn't look the same as it did before this issue. I might end up buying HP cartridges to see if that fixes the color issue.
