Good. I'm 32 years old, I'm healthy. My testosterone was tested a while back when I was having trouble sleeping and it turned out to be perfectly normal. I started taking it anyway after I started my exercise program. I don't know how much this will help with training, but I'm telling you, you'll absolutely feel like a 16-year-old if you know what I mean. Makes you pretty insatiable lol. First bought from a local store and then bought this large bottle from Amazon.
