They claim they passed the durability test, but they don't! I don't understand why they're selling this if it's not true. For a little background, the pinch test is supposedly a silicone product test to determine if there are fillers (which are rather harmful and can get into your food) in your product. I don't know how scientifically valid this test is, because realistically natural silicone is colorless, so anything could be added to any colored silicone, even if just to color it. However, I can say that I have silicone products (straws) that are colored and pass the pinch test. As for this product, I will return it. I didn't even need them, I just wanted to hide them when I needed them knowing I had a "safe" product to use when cooking for my family.
