Bought to use with my 18k Btu Mitsubishi mini split unit. I installed a mini split wall outside of my 24x24 workshop. Although the condenser is exceptionally quiet, I have found it creates a resonant vibration within the walls of my workshop. It took me about 15 minutes to add these brackets. I loosened the existing screws and then lifted up one side at a time to insert them. Everything went very quickly and it was easy to do it on your own. The result was exactly what I was hoping for, the vibration was greatly reduced and the tone was gone. Now I can't even hear the outdoor unit unless I press my ear to the wall. The only thing I want from this product is a stainless steel or galvanized finish. I am concerned that the zinc coating will not last long outdoors. But for the price, I'm willing to change them every 5-10 years.
