It is filled with 99% isopropyl and placed on an electronic workstation for cleaning and maintenance, testing and installation for research and development. Works great, doesn't leak when turned over. Ensures an even flow when pouring, does not splash. The bottle itself is very thick, high quality plastic. You get what you pay for and it will last a long time.
