Review on Comtrex Enterprise Solution by Jason Ortiz

The best part is that it's simple enough for everyone at my work place (3rd shift) to use without needing any training from me! It also allows us to keep track of all transactions so we know what happened each day with customers who come in off hours/weekends etc. I wish there was more customization available because sometimes things are not easy to find if they don't exist yet. They do offer free support but be prepared to wait quite awhile before someone responds - some days go by where no one answers questions left over night. We've been able to see exactly how much money has moved through every register since using this software which helps when tracking tips vs service charges / discounts given to guests.
