Excellent software for tracking in-store sales

It helped us build our brand by allowing us to track in-store sales to understand customer satisfaction. We weren't able to capture custom orders from in-house customers before using Uberserve as they were manually inputted into our Sage Business Management platform. The cost was expensive to implement, which made it difficult to justify without higher throughput volumes.   • Easy integrations available across multiple platforms (iOs & Android)
  • Ability store unique product combinations while managing inventory management at same location where items can sell simultaneously or separately depending upon desired configuration ability manage all types order entry requirements including phone calls via an automated call center / IVR function within one integrated solution
Cons
  • Can get costly when you need too scale up beyond 3k+

Excellent Platform with Great Support for Business Owners

I love that it's integrated into our software suite. It was easy to set up once we had everything installed already! The reporting could use some work as well - but otherwise there were no issues at all during implementation or training period. We've been using Upserve since 2014 when they first released their platform and have never looked back! They're constantly pushing out updates and are very responsive throughout the year. Customer support can be hit or miss depending on who answers…

Great Customer Service with UpserTown platform

The customer service team have been amazing! They are always quick when responding via email or phone chat which really makes our day easier during busy times where we don't know if they've received messages from customers already that same hour but not replied yet!! Sometimes it takes up too long between orders being placed & processed through their website/app. We're looking at different ways how can improve processes within upsertown as well since currently there's nothing much automated…

  • Easy to use interface, easy navigation with product categories easily identifiable in category view for example.
  • Updates happen often (every 3 months) although updates should be more frequent than this especially considering current trends regarding technology development such apps nowadays get outdated very fast e g IOS update every 2 years so things change quickly
