Review on Upserve by Tay Fair

The customer service team have been amazing! They are always quick when responding via email or phone chat which really makes our day easier during busy times where we don't know if they've received messages from customers already that same hour but not replied yet!! Sometimes it takes up too long between orders being placed & processed through their website/app. We're looking at different ways how can improve processes within upsertown as well since currently there's nothing much automated aside from adding new products into cart etc after placing order manually using software like Shopify / WooCommerce integration - no automation here either apart form manual process done once per month after sales reporting period ends.
