I love that it's integrated into our software suite. It was easy to set up once we had everything installed already! The reporting could use some work as well - but otherwise there were no issues at all during implementation or training period. We've been using Upserve since 2014 when they first released their platform and have never looked back! They're constantly pushing out updates and are very responsive throughout the year. Customer support can be hit or miss depending on who answers questions - always try multiple times if one person doesn't answer quickly enough to resolve the issue before moving forward. A great upgrade from manual entry systems and allows us more control over inventory/receipts etc than other similar solutions available today. The ease that it can be utilized across multiple locations as well as its user friendly nature makes upserving very beneficial from both sides; customer/employee standpoint which allows us easier access through our mobile devices while also allowing employees more efficient time throughout their shift! I have no dislikes at all about using up serve my business needs but if there was anything i would like improved upon or changed then maybe adding additional features such as rewards programs?
