Excellent software for tracking in-store sales

It helped us build our brand by allowing us to track in-store sales to understand customer satisfaction. We weren't able to capture custom orders from in-house customers before using Uberserve as they were manually inputted into our Sage Business Management platform. The cost was expensive to implement, which made it difficult to justify without higher throughput volumes. I know the software has continued to evolve over time and we are still working to overcome integration with other business functions. Try them out and be a part of their team for support. For us, the benefit is that it allowed us to capture in-store data that has been previously hard to accomplish accurately/accurately. The interface is beautiful, easy to use, the support is great and the pricing is fair. Nothing. We have not found anything that we dislike about Upserve. The company is very professional and quick to respond to any issues that we may have. The system has been easy to integrate with our POS system as well. We are able to use Upserve to process credit card payments through our POS system. This has allowed us to process credit card payments in a more secure and efficient manner.

  • Can get costly when you need too scale up beyond 3k+
