A friend told me about this and he said the humidistat is very accurate and loves fog. I took one and was not disappointed. It actually does an excellent job of controlling humidity and shuts off when the humidity in the room reaches the actual, correct level. I think the accuracy is partly due to the temperature control, maybe it's because the hygrostat is measuring the exact humidity in the room. It has a large tank and I really like the two spray directions and it can be rotated to get two areas of mist at once instead of just one. It has a hinged door to put more water which is amazing if I pour water directly into the mist that is part of the device it can ruin it quickly. Now I feel a lot better letting my girlfriend fill up her own tank. big plus for me. The controls work perfectly, the remote control works perfectly. I made a short video to show it. No cons, works great, very happy with the purchase.
