I have worked with cobolt over my career at three different companies - they are always willing & able when we need help solving an issue or finding something that would be useful down road! They don't bite their customers too hard (if not happy-ish it's ok) but still work as intended/expected from our side of things without hesitation. Sometimes its easy sometimes harder than expected depending upon what issues come up during day job duties / life outside working hours etc.. But never anything bad ever happened while using them so far =). We use CoBolto map out some projects internally which can lead into larger scale jobs later after discussion between stakeholders involved + management approval has been given by us first hand before any project starts rolling off paper :) I like that it allows me to see what's going on with my employees while they're out of town or at home sick. It also gives us more time off! There isn't much i dislike about cobalt but there should be an option where we can set limits as far as how many people are allowed into our system during peak hours (i.e., 9-5). We have been able to use this software since last year when COVID hit, now its helping mitigate some issues regarding sickness leave.
