This is a very warm coat. Soft and comfortable. I was very disappointed that the zipper broke after a week. I contacted the seller, they told me to take a picture and if it really broke they would send a new one. I sent a photo and they said they would give it to a tailor. It's not possible where I am. TO UPDATE. I've been trying to get this seller to do it right for a year now. You won't even talk to me. I'm long past Revane's comeback period, so I'm just not counting. I will never use this seller again! My grandson has autism so softness is very important. This coat looks fantastic. I really want them to replace it.
