This belt works at holding it all in, but I agree with another review that it's too bulky to be "invisible" under clothing.which is what I was looking for. The quality of the item is very sturdy and doesn't fold or roll down because of extra curves and er.fatter areas. It's color is exactly like the photo and is great OVER workout clothing as shown. The other thing I'd point out that is very important to me is that since I have a short torso, these kinds of support items can be too long - which causes bunching. This one is a good length for a short torso: I'm 5'2" and my torso is about 9" long from the crease under my breast to the top of my hip bone.
