I've been using this trainer for a week now and I can truly say my back pain has subsided dramatically. My job requires me to do a lot of heavy lifting, so my back certainly takes a lot of stress. The waist trainer belt is the same pink as shown in the picture which is great. What I do not like about the product is that it does not completely cover the stomach as it appears to do in the picture. It also is not quite true to size. Mine was smaller than I had anticipated. Overall, I do not hate the product, but I cannot say I absolutely love it either.

Obsessed with this! I wear it for almost every workout now. I love the second velcro wrap; it allows you to really cinch in the waist to your liking/comfort. Doesn't slip or move during my workouts and also doesn't add bulk so I can wear it under my regular workout clothes with no problem.

Okay. so today is my first test run with this. Trying it out for long-term waist training to see if it works. I LOVE the results this gives, it flattens my mid-section, and creates the perfect hourglass figure that I've always wanted! The only dilemma I have with this is that I find it a little too short (width-wise) but other than that, it's very nice to use! Definitely recommending to friends!

I was excited about this, I have "beer belly" n gut that hangs a down a little. I tried to fit it to include my gut, when I did I had all this fat on top flopping over the band. If you just trying to slim your waist or have a little belly it should work for you. Didn't work for me at all.

This is such a great product. Make sure you go by the size chart provided. I am a size 16 in womens and I got a large. I really like this for supporting my back while exercising. You can adjust the tightness to your liking. The only unpleasant thing about it, is that it gets hot when you are working out, wear a cotton shirt underneath.

This belt works at holding it all in, but I agree with another review that it's too bulky to be "invisible" under clothing.which is what I was looking for. The quality of the item is very sturdy and doesn't fold or roll down because of extra curves and er.fatter areas. It's color is exactly like the photo and is great OVER workout clothing as shown. Love this waist trainer to bits. The only thing I do not like is how loud the velcro is, but obviously, that isn't a big deal or deal breaker. ;) I have a lot of back problems and this also helps me with that! Back brace and waist trainer in one sounds like a great deal to me!

I ordered a size Large and I normally wear a medium because of what the reviews said. It seems to fit. So order a size larger than you normally wear. I like the belt, works better than the other one I had. I'm using for Diastasis Recti after my pregnancy to close the gap in my abs and it's helping after a week. (I wear belt and use it to help exercise/ train my abs) I recommend trying if you are having this issue from pregnancy.

I returned this product because it didn't fit and hug the way i wanted it too. The overall waist trainer is what I expected. I been wearing it while working it and it seems to be working. I I recommend buying the exact size and not go down as the adjustable second set of belts will do the tightening. You will feel a huge difference.

i love this waist trainer ! ive seen results even after a week of wearing. 1 thing i dont like is how it pushes stomach fat down and out of the bottom and top of the belt . making it hard to wear in public bc youll look worse then before .
