I purchased this waist trainer to wear during my work outs. I've had a couple of weeks to test it and can only give it a marginal review. First, I'm finding that it is much too bulky to wear comfortably. The fabric that the actual belt is made from (not the straps) doesn't give or stretch at all, which makes it difficult to move in, unless I wear it very loosely. I feel like that defeats the purpose. Excellent for working out and support on your back when lifting weights. I would recommend this it’s a true fit to your size and it works but most of all it helps your back a little bit while you’re working out.

This trainer really pulls you in and snatches your waist. Its like wearing a corset when you adjest it tight. But I love that you control how tight you want it to be. I got a large it fits perfectly true to size. I wear between 10-12. Definitely recommend this product. I haven't worked out in it yet. But I'm confident that it will help define my waist.

I bought this while.having back trouble. I know it's used for sweat purposes, but it helps me when I'm teaching dance classes. I don't like how it looks bulky under my clothes but otherwise it's fine.

I like it.any waist training when you are brand new takes times to adjust to.but this is comfortable and I feel like its tight enough to where I can see small changes and I've only had it a week or so.I will continue to use to see if any big changes happen.it does itch a little.but I have sensitive skin and it seems to make you sweat a little around the stomach. I haven't worked out with it but it seems like it would be comfortable using it to exercise.

The waist trainer belt fits ok, it's a little snug and short because it pushes my back fat up (so in that aspect it doesn't fit right). I'm not sure if the length is long enough or how high or low I should wear the belt. So far I've worn it all week and going from there. Thank you for checking on my experience with the belt.

I received my waist trainer on 05/22/2016 and wore it for the first time on 05/23/2016. The waist trainer fit snug, which is what I wanted, it improved my posture while I was working workout. It stayed in place without rolling or bulging. THIS IS IT! I use this to work out in, and so hype to put it on for several reasons: it doesn't shift, really secure, I can still perform my workout without feeling restricted and i get a really good sweat in my abdominal area. Plus when I wear it to the gym it makes my shape look legit. Must have!

This is my first time ever using any type of shaper. I like this one. It has adjustable Velcro sections on either side. It fits comfortably. I have worn it during my workouts and while performing household chores. I didn't realize until after I took the shaper off that I did feel a difference. I had heard good things about thesee belts so I wanted to give them a try. I already have a good figure I just wanted to lose the baby belly. I'm a size 13 and I got a large it fits perfect. In 2 days I already see a difference. Neoprene is supposed to melt the fat off when sweating . I wore it around 8 hours each day. It also gives great back support when standing or working out. It really sinches your waist in and makes you feel secure. I reccommend NOT working out with it if you will be doing alot of bending because this will straighten your back quite a bit. So i transitioned to wearing it when I walk, run, or just when im sleeping a couple of nights to get used to it.

Just got mine in the mail today and I'm excited to see if it works. I'm 5'4 1/2, my waist is 38, and the biggest part of my stomach is 44-45inches. I got a large. I probably could've gotten an XL for a better fit but since I've heard they stretch I wanted to try a large; plus if it lasts, I won't need to get a new one for awhile. Will update soon.

I like the waist trainer. The only thing is that it came with no tips on how to get results. It would be helpful if seller provided ways to use the trainer.

This is truly an amazing product. I get asked every minute what is my secret. I've referred about 10 ppl already. It works great for post or pre op. I weigh about 205 and my waist is like a 33. I bought a L. And it more than meets my expectations. I recommend to all. U may wear it all day or just for a few hours for any reason whatsoever I hope my review helps everyone in the future.
