Just got mine in the mail today and I'm excited to see if it works. I'm 5'4 1/2, my waist is 38, and the biggest part of my stomach is 44-45inches. I got a large. I probably could've gotten an XL for a better fit but since I've heard they stretch I wanted to try a large; plus if it lasts, I won't need to get a new one for awhile. Will update soon.
- Helps reduce pressure on the lower back
- The waist trimmer may not be suitable for those with a history of arthritis
