This stuff works -- for a lot of things. I purchased them to help mainly with dry eye issues, and also for dry skin everywhere else. It worked beautifully -- I took the suggested dosage as directed daily for a few months.BUT -- After my annual physical blood work this year, I learned that sea buckthorn oil (especially a quality product like this) is very high in supplemental B12. Sounds good . but wait .My doctor was shocked at how high my B12 levels were -- nearly 2,000, which is very unusual.

Bought it for my hair but I am in sure of how long it takes to see results. Quite pricey though and therefore not reordering.

I like this product as the pills are small and have no flavor or after effect. It has helped with joint pain and dry skin. Can see the results and I am only taking the minimum dosage. Reasonably priced. Avoid hot weather delivery by stocking up. So happy a friend told me about it. I will never be without it. Vitamin D3 is a good compliment to it.
