All over beer belly? wont work

I was excited about this, I have "beer belly" n gut that hangs a down a little. I tried to fit it to include my gut, when I did I had all this fat on top flopping over the band. If you just trying to slim your waist or have a little belly it should work for you. Didn't work for me at all.

I would have liked it to be a bit shorter, but I am short so...

I like that it keeps me all In! Any waist trainer will make you feel in ‘discomfort’ so thats to be expected. Stick to your size, if you need an XL it will fit and it still will be okay
