This is such a great product. Make sure you go by the size chart provided. I am a size 16 in womens and I got a large. It gives me an awesome hour glass shape, but I will say this is for people with a shorter torso. I am 5&#34;5. I believe that taller women may have am issue with it, just a heads up. I love this product, it gives me the same shape as the woman in this picture, it was well worth the price. After trying 5 different shapers I was getting ready to give up. Now all I need is a but lifter and I will be in good shape.lol.Hope this helps!I'm also a black curvy woman, just to give you an idea of how the shaper works with my body type

I couldn’t wait to receive this waist shaper, I have been using a very well known ‘expensive’ brand shaper for 3 years. Seeing the results of others with this shaper I decided to buy for much less.I wore it on my workout today & man was I impressed. Back support & short torso just what I wanted. The Velcro is the real deal. I got a L & it was perfect. I love the adjustable bands.
