Obsessed with this! I wear it for almost every workout now. I love the second velcro wrap; it allows you to really cinch in the waist to your liking/comfort. Doesn't slip or move during my workouts and also doesn't add bulk so I can wear it under my regular workout clothes with no problem.
- Perfect for special occasions when slimness is desired
- The waist trimmer may not be suitable for those with a history of neurological problems
