Im not sure what happened with whoever left a bad review but we LOVE this shower head. We have two full bathrooms in our home, this shower head is installed in one of them. (I got this for my BF for his birthday because he said he wanted a rain shower head -- BTW he's 6'5'). I have my bathroom and he has his, now that we installed this shower head in his bathroom. Its so nice that Ive abandoned by shower and we both shower in there now heh. It's so lovely. The pressure from the detachable is amazing. He's tall and has room to stand up now :) I highly recommend this shower head.
