. thoughtless addition. If you rarely come into contact with dirt and grime, this rug set may not be for you. They resemble a hard plastic pot more than a rug. Very little flexibility. If you wear expensive leather shoes, they may not suit you. They are not soft and have a heavily ribbed pattern that rubs shine and possibly leather right off the heel of the shoe. These mats can be laser measured, but something gets lost between design and production. They don't fit my 2019 Ranger as closely as advertised. This eventually leads to an abrasion problem when they come in contact with the hard plastic inner lining. They are made of hard, brittle plastic and are therefore not at all comfortable on the road with comfortable road bike shoes. Any water or melted snow that gets in will pool under your boots and stay with you for a while, and I don't know yet how much gas will be produced when you're cooped up in the tropical sun. So far from the minuses, well, maybe one more thing: they're expensive for floor mats. Replacement Ford floor mats are $105 at the dealer or on the Ford Parts website. If you don't really intend to use these mats for their intended purpose, it may be better to use up the stacking mats you have on hand and replace them in the future. You would feel much more comfortable. And now for the good. Those rugs, pots, mud baths, whatever they're called, are probably very difficult to wash off. They are industrial strength. They are very easy to remove and clean. These mats keep chewing gum, oil, grease and/or anything else you might step on away from your factory plush floor. NOT a factory floor mat to remove to install Husky floor mats, but a plush material that cannot be removed or cleaned without amazing difficulty and will cost you dearly when sold or sold if left unattended. These mats catch spills and allow the perpetrator to stop and pour without ever touching the plush floor, which soaks up spills, takes a long time to dry completely and ferments/stinks in the process. If you have kids or fishing/hunting buddies in your Ranger, the damage from spilled milk, soda and beer alone justifies the price of these mats. they eventually, but if not I would have bought them from a retail store before spending the money on this set.
